Biography

Mark Troha has over twenty-five years experience in corporate finance, real estate, and mergers and acquisitions of “middle market” companies from $5 to $100 million in annual revenue. He holds a BS in General Engineering from the University of Illinois and a MBA in Finance from San Diego State University.

Since 2000, Mr. Troha has been selling and buying residential real estate in San Diego. He earned is real estate license in 1999, and pass the Broker exam in 2008. He is certified as a HAFA Short Sale specialist.

From 2000 to 2005, Mr. Troha was a Principal with Shoreline Partners, LLC a middle market private investment banking firm in San Diego, CA. His clients included manufacturers, service companies, and pharmaceutical drug companies. He has sold/acquired companies with over $75 million in combined annual sales.

From 1996 to 2000, Mr. Troha specialized in mergers and acquisitions in the healthcare industry for Superior Consultant Company as Vice President of the Financial Transaction Group. His responsibilities included development of fair market valuations and supporting his clients in completing final deal transactions. The transactions involved acquisitions and divestitures of privately held middle-market companies including medical practices, multi-specialty groups, radiology groups, urgent care facilities and management service organizations. He has completed over 200 business valuations valued at over $300 million.

In 1995 Mr. Troha was Managing Director of New Venture Services, Inc. in La Jolla, CA. He provided business development services to new ventures and to the venture capital community.

Mr. Troha started his career in 1981 with General Dynamics Corporation – Convair Division, a prime contractor and manufacturer of space and missile defense systems. His final position was a Group Leader responsible for the estimating and negotiating the $500 million annual Tomahawk Cruise Missile Production Contract from 1989 to 1993.
