I am beginning a new blog to share my experiences that I encounter on a daily basis. The saying is that you always learn something new in real estate. This is because the laws and the market place are always changing which can cause confusion for buyers and sellers. My goal is to share with you at least once a week what I believe will directly affect a seller or buyer.
My first blog next week will be on the topic of handling the “Request for Repair” list. It’s an important item because it comes after the purchase agreement has been signed by both parties. As a buyer and seller, you believe negotiations are over, but the deal is far from settled.
